Disclaimer: Your capital is at risk. This is not investment advice.

On October 8, the FCA lifted the ban on crypto ETNs.

Now, for the first time since 2021, private investors in the UK are allowed to buy Bitcoin and Ethereum through their investment platforms, like HL, ii, or AJ Bell.

Despite the regulatory change, most investment platforms have yet to provide clear information regarding which crypto ETNs will be available or when listings will commence. ETNs are listed on the London Stock Exchange, but accessing them is now the challenge.

To help UK investors gain a better understanding of the landscape for investing in crypto ETNs, we have put together a very short survey.

We are grateful for your participation, and hope that this survey will help you and others to be better informed about this issue.

Our hope is that the results will inform the UK investor base about where they can invest in crypto ETNs going forward and encourage brokers to provide clearer, broader access.

Many thanks,

Charlie Morris
