What's included in ByteTree Premium?

ByteTree Premium is where you’ll find our most valuable insights and, above all, the portfolios. There are plenty of research publications to choose from, and we deliver results across the risk spectrum. To learn more about our subscription plans and bundles, please click here.

How do I subscribe to a Premium plan?

If you already have an account, log in and subscribe to the plan or bundle of your choice in your account settings.

If you do not have an account, you can subscribe to a Premium plan or bundle by clicking “Subscribe” in the top menu.

Do you offer annual subscription plans?

No, we currently do not offer annual subscriptions.

I’m subscribed to a Premium plan, but why am I not receiving emails?

Your email client may be filing our emails incorrectly. Please check your spam/junk folder.

Alternatively, you may have set your mailing preferences incorrectly in your account settings. Please make sure that the white button is toggled to the right for all the newsletters you want to receive.

I’m subscribed to a Premium plan, but I’m receiving other newsletters too?

You can opt in to receive newsletters that are not included in your Premium plan or bundle.

I’m subscribed to a Premium plan, but I want to change to a different plan or bundle?

You can change your plan in your account settings.

If I change my subscription, will I be charged again?

Our subscription system has a built-in mechanism to prevent overcharging and will automatically settle any differences by your next invoice. For example, if the new subscription plan is priced higher than what you currently pay, this will incur a pro-rata charge at the time of the change. The new price will then apply to the upcoming invoices on your regular billing cycle.

If I subscribe to a new plan, when will it come into effect?

Changes to your subscription plan will come into immediate effect after you subscribe.

When is my Premium subscription renewed?

Premium plans and bundles are renewed monthly. The first payment will be taken immediately when you subscribe, and the following payments will be taken on the same date each month.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept most major debit and credit card brands. If you experience any issues, please contact us at support@bytetree.com.

Do you offer Direct Debits?

We currently don’t offer Direct Debits. Our payment provider will issue an invoice for the monthly renewal and charge it against the card that you’ve added to your account.

Why can't I pay for a Premium plan with crypto?

Our payment provider does not currently accept bitcoin or altcoins.

How do I access the invoices for my Premium plan?

You can access your invoices here. Enter your email address and click “Send”. Then go to your inbox and click the “Log in” button in the email. The link will open in a new window. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see your invoices. You can also download the invoice and receipt for payment. If you can’t find the invoice you’re looking for, please contact us at support@bytetree.com.

My account shows a different monthly payment than I was expecting?

Your account settings will show your subscription plan at full price. If your account has an active promotion code applied, it will automatically be added to the new invoice and you will be charged the discounted amount. View your plan in your account settings or access your invoices here.

Can I change my payment details?

You can change your payment details in your account settings.

How do I cancel my Premium plan?

You can cancel your Premium plan in your account settings.

When will my Premium subscription end after I have cancelled it?

You will retain access to Premium until the next renewal date. If you subscribed with a promotional code and the trial is still ongoing, you will retain access until the trial period is completed.

I’ve opted out of all the newsletters, why am I still being charged for Premium?

Opting out from newsletters will not cancel your Premium plan. You can change or cancel your plan in your account settings.

Accounts

Do I need an account to access free articles?

No, you do not need an account to access free articles. However, we highly recommend that you create an account and sign up for the free ByteTree Research bundle to receive the latest articles directly in your inbox.

The ByteTree Research bundle includes the Atlas Pulse Gold Report, BOLD Rebalancing Report and The Weekly Roundup. Please make sure that you opt in to receive these newsletters when you sign up. You can change your mailing preferences in your account settings.

How is my data stored/managed?

We take your data privacy very seriously. Please refer to the privacy policy for details on how we store, log and manage your data.

How do I subscribe to your free newsletters?

The ByteTree Research bundle is free to receive and includes the Atlas Pulse Gold Report, BOLD Rebalancing Report and The Weekly Roundup. Click “Subscribe” in the top menu, to sign-up. Make sure you opt in to "Atlas Pulse", "BOLD" and "The Weekly Roundup" in your account settings.

How do I change which ByteTree newsletters I receive?

You can change your mailing preferences in your account settings. In your “Account”, click “Manage” and then toggle the buttons to select which newsletters you would like to receive. If you want to receive a newsletter, make sure the white button is toggled to the right and has a dark blue background. If the button is toggled to the left with a grey background, you will not receive that newsletter.

Why am I receiving Premium newsletters?

You can opt in to receive any of our newsletters, but you will only have full access to those that are included in your subscription plan.

How do I change the password for my account?

You do not need a password to log in to your account. When logging in, a log-in link will be sent to your email, which you will need to click to access the site.

Can I change the email address for my account?

You can change your email address in your account settings.

Can I permanently delete my account?

Your account can be permanently deleted. Please contact us at support@bytetree.com to request this.
